About Us
First, please understand that Weddings Your Way is a business - not a church. I am a fully ordained member of the clergy, and officiant. However, I am non-denominational as far as the weddings I officiate. I opened Weddings Your Way in April, 2008.
 
Most of the ceremonies I perform involve couples that have been married before, have never been married but have children, or are of different religions or denominations and have been turned down by other ministers or even the family church they grew up in. The simple truth is that life happens. Things, often beyond our control, set us in a direction or on a path that we most likely did not plan on. The important part is that you learn from your experiences.
 
So now you are on the right path and want to get married but no one will help you. Or, maybe you simply cant afford or dont want to spend what others are charging. That's what I am here for.
 
Yes, I know that most other officiants are charging well over $100 more than I am for basically the same ceremony. Some might say it reflects the type or quality of service, the "you get what you pay for" speach. For some that may be true, but not here. My prices reflect the fact that I understand not everyone can afford a $15,000 wedding. Today's economy is tough on most everyone. You should not have to choose between the courthouse or not getting married.
 
Now that that is cleared up, here are the services I provide:
 
Weddings, hand fastings, elopements, vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, funerals, and some rights of passage.
 
For the ceremonies:
  1. Simple, basic exchange of vows
  2. full weddings
  3. elopements
All are customizable to your taste - you choose what you want and what you dont.


Locations: 

Again, you decide. I will come to you. Elopements are done in my office.  

 

What you get for the money:

  • I perform the ceremony
  • Rehearsal, if requested
  • Completion and filing of marriage license
  • Keepsake certificate of marriage (depending on package chosen)
  • Assistance with vow selection, procession order and arrangement, and any other assistance requested.

Speaking of Money...
 
My fees:
Simple, basic exchange of vows generally start at $195 depending on the location. The more extensive the ceremony, the more it will cost. For example, a ceremony with readings, and candle lighting will cost more than a basic exchange of vows and "I do". However, don't let the price scare you away. I am human, and soft hearted, and I do love weddings, so... if you want my services drop me an email or give me a call, and we will see what we can do.
